trencher

Trencher

Trencher is a construction machine used for digging ditches in the ground, mainly for the installation of cables, pipes, drainage or irrigation systems. Trenchers are equipped with a special chain, circular or excavator cutting head that removes the ground and creates a trench of a specific size and depth. Different types of trenchers are available, both manual and self-propelled, as well as those suitable for installation on other vehicles such as excavators or loaders. The choice of the appropriate model depends on the type of soil where the machine is about to work and on the requirements regarding the depth and width of the ditches.
