What You’ll Learn on NPORS S029 Construction Site Safety Supervisor Course

This is a practical course for real supervisors. It covers:

UK health & safety law and what it means for you on-site.

Duration, Certification & Requirements

Durata: 2 zile
Certificare: Veți primi un NPORS S029 Site Supervisor Card, valabil pentru 5 ani.
CITB Grant Eligible: We’re a CITB Approved Training Organisation. Employers may claim a grant to cover training costs.
To add the ‘HS&E Tested’ logo to your NPORS card, you must pass the CITB Health, Safety & Environment Test (Supervisors level) within 2 years.

Is this the same as an SSSTS course?
No, but it’s equivalent. NPORS S029 is recognised by BuildUK and accepted on most sites that require SSSTS or similar.

Can I do this if I’ve never had formal safety training before?
Yes. This course assumes you’re in or moving into a supervisory role but doesn’t require previous certificates.

Do I need to pass a test?
Yes – you’ll complete a written and practical assessment at the end of the course.

Can I do this course on my site?
Absolutely. If you have a group of supervisors and a suitable space, we can run it at your location.
