Documentația "As-built

An as-built documentation is a set of documents and information drawn up after the completion of a construction project or after the completion of the whole project. It aims to document and present details of the performance of a task. An as-built documentation is important for both contractors, investors and persons responsible for the maintenance and management of the facility. It covers various aspects related to the implementation of the project, such as as-built drawings, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works, technical acceptance protocols, documents relating to materials used, information on installation, configuration and testing of installations and equipment, guarantee documents, instructions for the operation of equipment and personal documentation of workers involved in the construction (e.g. on qualifications and training).
