Tower crane

very popular and extremely important machine used at the majority of bigger constructions sites. It is a vertical steel tower with a horizontally attached boom which gives it a shape of an inverted letter L. Its working arm has an attached hook and trolley designed to lift the load. The operator’s cab is located in the upper part of the mast. A Tower crane is capable of lifting very heavy objects and moving them beyond the reach of any other equipment. The platform it is attached to can be operated in a manual way or be fully motorised.
